Central Market stalls for hire
The historic central market, which is situated in the heart of Lincoln’s bustling city centre, is located by the popular Sincil Street shopping area, and adjacent to the Waterside Shopping Centre, only a short walk away from the High Street and the city’s bus and train stations.
The Lincoln central market is open from Monday to Saturday inclusive, from 9am to 4pm. The market contains 80 individual stalls, selling a wide range of goods and services.
Applying for a stall at the Central Market
You can use our online application form to apply for a stall at the central market, for daily or monthly use. This form will be automatically sent to the property technician for processing. Please also use the same contact if you should like any further information on the market, or to arrange a viewing.

Terms of occupation
Stalls are available on daily or monthly lettings.
Daily lettings are available on any vacant stall, on a first come first served basis. Subject to approval of an application, the stalls will be booked in advance via the on site market supervisor (telephone number provided upon acceptance of application), and payment of £20.50 made on the day.
Monthly lettings are subject to a tenancy agreement, which requires the stalls to be manned and open throughout the markets opening hours, and requires one months written notice to quit. The rent for the stall is as shown in the above table and shall be invoiced monthly in advance from the date of commencement, however a two month rental deposit is also required upon completion of the tenancy agreement.
