The terms of a rental agreement are ‘easy in, easy out’ with only one full months notice required to quit.
The Terrace not only offers rental space, it also provides a reception service. The Terrace prides itself on the reception service offered being to an excellent level, ensuring tenants are represented to a very high professional standard. It offers a range of administrative services for tenants, including typing, photocopying, faxing and telephone answering services. There are four meeting rooms of varying sizes within the complex, avaliable to hire by both internal and external companies via reception.
