How to apply or renew

Apply by post

To apply by post you need to download the form that is relevant to your application and print it off:

You need to provide:

  • Photocopy of proof that you are a resident in Lincolnshire by providing a utility bill, bank statement or local Council Tax Bill - this must be dated within the last six month
  • Photocopy of proof of age, this can be either a Birth Certificate, Proof of State Pension, Passport or Driving Licence
  • A passport size photograph
  • Disability applicants need a copy of supporting evidence of their disability in addition to the above

Apply in person

You can apply in person at City Hall where passes are issued between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

You need to provide:

  • Proof that you are a resident in Lincolnshire by providing a utility bill, bank statement or local Council Tax Bill - this must be dated within the last six month
  • Proof of age, this can be either a Birth Certificate, Proof of State Pension, Passport or Driving Licence
  • A photograph for your pass will be taken at City Hall
