It is illegal to deposit waste on our streets, open spaces or any other land without the owner’s permission. This includes someone removing waste on your behalf and illegally depositing it.
It is essential to use only recognised waste carriers, as illegal activity could result in the householder being fined.
Illegal disposal of waste:
- Is an eyesore
- Can cause health and safety hazards
- Costs Council tax payers money to remove
