Mice >>
Mice are a common pest, in both domestic and commercial premises. They are well adapted to living in close contact with humans and thrive in the conditions that man provides. They can cause extensive damage to property as a result of their gnawing activities, and also by eating and contaminating food. Mice may carry a number of diseases that can pose a risk to humans and animals. Not all mice that are seen in houses or other premises are house mice. Wood mice which live predominately in hedgerows, banks and woods, may also enter buildings.

Fleas >>
Adult fleas live exclusively as parasites of warm blooded animals, especially mammals, although birds may also be attacked. There are several different types of fleas, including dog, cat and human flea. Fleas are by no means host specific and will feed on other animals in the absence of the normal host. Flea bites are identifiable by a tiny dark red spot, surrounded by a reddened area which persist for one or two days and can be intensely irritating. The degree of reaction to bites varies considerably.

A female German cockroach would produce about 150 live offspring in an average 8 month lifetime.
