APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by VADIM PROSEKOV to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as LT COFFEE which are situated at 440 HIGH STREET, LINCOLN, LN5 8HZ
The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:
- SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION BOTH ON/OFF THE PREMISES – SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FROM 09:00 UNTIL 22:00
The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 4th OCTOBER 2021
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
