Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Veli Icboyun to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Macauley Store/Pizza Roma which are situated at 76 Macauley Drive, Lincoln, LN2 4EL

The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:

  • Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises – Seven days a week from 08:00 until 00:00
  • Late night refreshment – Seven days a week from 23:00 until 00:00

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 4th March 2020

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
