NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by PHILIP HICKSON to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as SPA, which are situated at 74-78 WOODFIELD AVENUE, LINCOLN, LN6 0LP
The proposed variation is as follows:
- EXPANSION OF PROPERTY TO INCLUDE 74 WOODFIELD AVENUE
- STANDARDISATION OF TIMINGS FOR OFF SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
- MONDAY TO SATURDAY 06:00 TO 23:00
- SUNDAY 10:00 TO 22:30
The record of applications may be inspected at request of The Licensing Team during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 3rd August 2021
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
