What if my bin is missed at collection day/time?

You can report this online or call Customer Services on 01522 873423. This will be logged with the contractor who will check the collection details, including the crews’ log of collections and details of where bins were not presented. Your bin needs to have been placed out by 7am on the day of collection. This is in case a round has had to change due to circumstances beyond our control and your collection time may have had to be altered.
