What if my bin is damaged?

You can call us 01522 873423, an officer will visit and document the damage. If required and we will arrange for a replacement bin and sticker, and for the old bin to be removed. We won’t normally make a charge for this, either the bin or the delivery. However, we reserve the right to make a charge for the bin and its delivery if the bin has been damaged by you through misuse. To receive a replacement green bin you have to have already paid the annual collection fee.
