Greetwell Place managed workspace has a range of different businesses occupying its offices.
The offices available for rent vary in size from 160 square feet to 540 square feet with a rental that includes, business rates, water rates, building insurance, security, waste collection, ground maintenance, cleaning of common areas and manned reception.
The terms of a rental agreement are ‘easy in, easy out’ with only one full months notice required.
The services
Greetwell Place not only offers rental space it also provides a reception service. The reception service offered prides itself on being to an excellent level ensuring tenants are represented to a very high professional standard.
It offers a range of administrative services for tenants, including, photocopying and telephone answering services.
There are four meeting rooms within the complex available to hire by both internal and external companies.
