Mystery shopping

We run a mystery-shopping group. The mystery shopper’s role is to make test phone calls and visits to the council. They then score the visit or call and rate the service received. This feedback will then be used to improve services for tenants.

  • Mystery shopping can be conducted from your home and at a time that suits you.
