Payment terms and deposits

Payments

  • The total charge for your stay can be obtained from the booking website at the time of booking. Prices are clearly posted on site and also on our web pages 
  • Prices run from April 1st to March 31st each season
  • If booking online for current season you will receive confirmation via email including confirmation of price
  • If booking in advance of current season please be aware prices are not fixed until April 1st each year, therefore you may have more to pay than originally notified
  • Non-returnable deposits are required to secure all bookings and must be paid within 28 days of the stay or the pitch may be re-let
  • You will be advised at the time of booking of the requirement for a deposit
  • Once paid the deposit is non-returnable as per the refunds and cancellation policy
  • Full payment may be made at time of booking and your full balance is due 7 days prior to arrival
  • Full payment is requested at time of booking for 1 night stays on a weekend and also for 1 night stays in the High Season
  • Payment must be received in full within the cut off times or a pitch will not be guaranteed and may be re-let
  • Full payment is due prior to arrival in order to gain access onto the site. 

We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances. 

Cheques should be made payable to “The City of Lincoln Council”.

Mastercard, Visa and Maestro cards are accepted. Sorry we are unable to accept Electron or American Express payments.

Deposits

  • £25 for stays of two or more nights
  • £10 for stays of one night
  • Please advise as soon as possible if amendments are required to your booking.
