Refunds and cancellation policy
If we need to cancel your booking at short notice, for instance due to unforeseen site maintenance, you will be offered to move your deposit for a later stay or arrange a refund.

Other circumstances
Cancellation due to the following circumstances will be dealt with by an Open Spaces Manager. Please be aware that a period of up to 6 weeks is required to process the claim.
A refund may be arranged for the following cases only:
- Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party
- Redundancy or jury service
A document in support of your cancellation must be provided i.e:
- Doctor’s certificate
- Redundancy notice
- Proof of jury service
This does not include pregnancy or illness related to pregnancy or any pre-existing condition.
