Our planned maintenance partners will initially focus on those services areas that require only same day access into your home to complete work including replacement boilers, doors and windows.
To protect you, our customer, as well as our tradesmen, we have revised our working methods to ensure any visit to your property is undertaken in the safest possible manner.
All relevant risk assessments have been revised to fall in line with current government guidance.
- All visits shall be pre-arranged with you to discuss any specific concerns you may have
- We may ask you to ventilate your home before we arrive and to move into a different room in your home to ensure social distancing is maintained
