St. Botolph’s Court is a sheltered housing scheme that offers supported housing for older people. The scheme is in the centre of the city on the High Street. It has easy access to the centre of Lincoln and is close to many local services and facilities.
Nearby, there are local shops that provide all your basic needs, and a post office. The main shopping centre is just a short bus ride away. Regular bus services go into the centre of the city, and a bus-stop is near the area.
St. Botolph’s Court has:
- 48 bed-sitting rooms, suitable for single people
- Four one bed flats, suitable for couples
- One two bedroom flat
Each flat has it's own bathroom, walk in shower and kitchen.
The four one bedroom flats include a living room, bedroom, small kitchen, and bath and toilet facilities.
The two bedroom flat includes a living room, two bedrooms a kitchen and bathroom.
All the flats have their own internal front door and an alarm system that can be used to call for help in an emergency.
We let the property on a secure or introductory tenancy, giving you all the normal rights of any council tenant. However, you will not have the Right to Buy the property.
St. Botolph’s Court has the following facilities available to residents:
