Financial rollover on Monday 1st April will mean the My Account systems are unavailable. Until completed you may not be able to view information for Council Tax, Council Tax Support or Housing Benefit in our My Accounts online log in.
If you cannot submit a Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support claim, please email benefits@lincoln.gov.uk to register an interest to claim, we can then advise when you can submit the claim.
Council Tax online forms will also not work during key times.

Use this service to:
• View your council tax account online (requires sign-up)
• Activate paperless billing (requires sign-up)
• Set up a direct debit (no sign-up required)
• Report a move (no sign-up required)
• Apply for single person discount (no sign-up required)

To sign-up for an account you will need the following information:
• Forename & Surname (as shown on your Council Tax bill)
• Council Tax account reference number (available on your Council Tax bill)
You will also need to provide 2 of the following:
• Your post code
• Last 3 digits of your bank account number (If paying by Direct Debit)
• Last 3 digits of your phone number (If we hold this on record)
• Online Key (This is a unique reference available on your Council Tax Bill)
