Upcoming changes to Lincs Homefinder
Have your say on the content of the City of Lincoln Council’s Housing Allocations Policy
The City of Lincoln Council is proposing some changes to its current Housing Allocations Policy and is keen to give everyone, regardless of whether they are on the Housing register, the opportunity to have their say on our new allocations policy before it is finalised.
The main proposed changes to the policy and the priority bandings are summarised in the Housing Allocations Policy consultation Summary in the useful document section below.
Once the consultation period has closed we will look carefully at all of the feedback received before we publish a revised Allocations Policy in the Spring.
These documents provide all of the information and details of changes and will enable you to consider how they may affect you
- Current housing allocations policy
- A summary of the proposed changes
- Lincs Homefinder lettings policy draft for review
