Tennis facilities
On the West Common we have six tennis courts. These are free for the public to use and you do not need to book the tennis courts.
- Hard courts are open 24/7 all year round.
- Grass courts are open 24/7 from April to September.
In Boultham Park we have three grass tennis courts. They are available for use from late May through to early September (dates and hours are advertised each year). When open they are free to use and you do not need to book.
Maintenance of sports fields
We are responsible for the general maintenance of sports fields, including marking out pitches, re-instating pitches at the end of the season and preparing them for the new season. If you are unhappy about the maintenance of any of our sports fields please contact us.
