LinCare

Why choose LinCare?

Our contact centre means that there is a friendly member of staff ready to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This means people can continue to live at home longer, remain independent and with peace of mind that help is only a push of a button away.

Having this support can also lower the sense of loneliness that many older and disabled people feel. LinCare services are open to anyone who registers.

LinCare’s services aim to:

  • make life easier
  • provide reassurance for you and loved ones that you are safe and supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 365 days a year
  • enable you to remain living at home and maintain independence despite disabilities whilst increasing sense of safety, security and self-confidence and health
  • lessen social isolation.

For family members who are worried about a loved one our services can offer peace of mind. One of the main worries is about relatives falling over and not being able to call for help, a letter from a grateful customer shows how LinCare came to the rescue:

''I understand now why they call it a Lifeline has she not pressed her button to get help, she would not have been found until the following day. Thanks LinCare you saved my mums life''.

Lincare is Fully telecare services association (TSA) Accredited.
