Once you have made a complaint, it will be passed onto the relevant officer to investigate. The relevant officer will then take the best course of action for your case and will keep you updated on this, if you have provided us with your details.
If you feel that your complaint has not been appropriately responded to, there is a process called The Community Trigger.
The Community Trigger brings together partner agencies such as Lincolnshire Police and District Councils to investigate your case and to make sure it has been dealt with properly.
The Community Trigger can be applied for by individuals, businesses and community groups, as long as there has been three or more reports in the last six months of the same problem by separate individuals or yourself
We may also carry out a review if other factors are present, such as; persistent anti-social behaviour, impact of anti-social behaviour and response from the agencies involved.
