Neighbourhood Planning

Neighbourhood Planning was introduced Central Government in 2011 under the Localism Act.  A Neighbourhood Plan is a document written by local communities that sets out planning policies for its local area and can be used to help determine planning applications alongside the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.

Long Leys Road Residents Association Neighbourhood Forum Application

 On the 19 th September 2018, Long Leys Road Residents Association applied to the City of Lincoln Council to be designated as a Neighbourhood Forum and made an application for designation of a neighbourhood area (see downloads)

In accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012, a copy of the proposed Neighbourhood Plan Area together with the Neighbourhood Forum application are available to view and download here on the City’s website.

All representations must be made in writing (including electronically) by Wednesday 7th November 2018. 

A summary of any representations received and the Council’s decision notice will be published on the website in due course.
