In accordance with the requirements of Section 17 of the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013, the City of Lincoln Council gives notice that it is conducting a review of Polling Districts and Polling Places within the City of Lincoln area of the Lincoln Borough Parliamentary Constituency.
The review will formally commence from the date of this notice and conclude on 25 January 2019.
- Representations on any aspect of the review can be received from:
- The Acting Returning Officer for the Constituency
- Any elector in the council’s area
- Any person / body with expertise in access for persons with any type of disability
- Any local constituency political party
Persons or bodies making representations should, if possible, offer suggestions as to alternative places that may be used as Polling Places.
Details of the (Acting) Returning Officer’s proposed Polling Districts and Polling Places are available for inspection at the Council’s offices and can be viewed on the Council’s website at www.lincoln.gov.uk/your-council/elections-and-voting
Please send all representations in writing to the address below, by email to email@example.com or via an online submission form which can be found on the Council’s website at www.lincoln.gov.uk by no later than Friday 25 January 2019:

All representations will be published on the Council’s website and a report on the findings of the review, together with any recommended changes, will be submitted to the meeting of the Council scheduled to be held on 26 February 2019.
