Education Ranger Douglas Hart, said: “Hartsholme Country Park is the place to be this Sunday! Our annual Family Fun Day is stuffed full of activities for the whole family - including face painting, willow weaving and bird box making.
“Several local groups are hosting stands, including the RSPB and Lincoln Ukelele Band. There’s so much to see and do you won’t want to leave!”
The event, which will run from 11am until 4pm, aims to encourage visitors to celebrate the park and all it has to offer.
There is limited space available for parking on site so to avoid disappointment visitors are encouraged to consider other means of transport, such as walking, cycling or taking the bus.
