Public consultation on Local Plan

Published on: 14/04/2016
Local Plan Central Lincolnshire

A six-week public consultation period starts on Friday 15 April 2016 through to Thursday 26 May 2016 on the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. The plan has reached the stage of ‘Proposed Submission’ which means it is getting closer to be being submitted to an independent Planning Inspector for consideration.

The Local Plan, sets out how we will respond to an increasing population and changes in lifestyle, as well as ensuring that roads, schools, shops and other facilities are provided for, while preserving and enhancing what is special about Central Lincolnshire.

A public drop-in style information event will take place on Thursday 28 April 2016 from 3 pm to 6 pm at City Hall in Committee Room 1 where officers will be on hand to answer queries people have on the Local Plan.

For further information, including how to make representations to the plan can be found at: www.central-lincs.org.uk
