A survey relating to housing needs could be coming through your letterbox in a matter of days and you could win a £50 Marks & Spencer voucher for completing it!
The survey will be sent to a representative sample of 7,500 residents across each ward in the city, with the aim to establish local housing needs and give residents the chance to influence the future of the council’s new homes delivery programme.
Kate Bell, Housing Strategy Officer (Regeneration) at City of Lincoln Council, said: “This survey marks an exciting time for housing in Lincoln, as it puts our residents at the heart of the decision-making process in the building of new homes.
“We want to enable housing that fits the needs of our residents, and this survey will provide us with the information we require relating to what types of homes are in demand.
“The survey will also contribute towards the review of the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan, particularly around affordable housing.
“We would like to thank all of our residents in advance for taking the time to complete this informative survey and look forward to receiving the feedback.”
The closing date for the completion of the survey is 30 August 2019.
