APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by RICHARD AND JULIE FUTTER to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as GRAND COFFEE HOUSE which are situated at THE TRANSPORT HUB, NORMAN STREET, LINCOLN, LN5 7BS

The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:

LIVE MUSIC – SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FROM 10:00 UNTIL 23:00

RECORDED MUSIC – SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FROM 07:00 UNTIL 23:00

SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION BOTH ON AND OFF THE PREMISES – SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FROM 07:00 UNTIL 23:00

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 24TH JANUARY 2018

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
