Application for a Premises Licence - Ocean Palace Restaurant, 121 High Street, Lincoln, LN5 7PR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by ALEXANDER LEUNG to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as OCEAN PALACE RESTAURANT which are situated at 121 HIGH STREET, LINCOLN, LN5 7PR.

The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:

SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES – SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FROM 11:00 UNTIL 22:30

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 25th JULY 2018.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
