NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation to a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by INTERTAIN LIMITED to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as WALKABOUT which are situated at 233 – 237 HIGH STREET, LINCOLN, LN2 1AT

The proposed variation(s) to the premises licence are:

 

TO EXTEND THE TERMINAL HOUR FOR SALE OF ALCOHOL, REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT AND LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT TO 04:00 - SEVEN DAYS A WEEK

TO EXTEND THE OPENING HOURS TO 04:30 – SEVEN DAYS A WEEK

TO ADD AND REMOVE CONDITIONS

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DB during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 4TH OCTOBER 2018

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
