NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation to a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by BAR FEVER (LINCOLN) LTD to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as FEVER & BOUTIQUE which are situated at 280-281 HIGH STREET, LINCOLN, LN2 1JG

The proposed variation(s) to the premises licence are:

TO EXTEND REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT TO MONDAY TO SATURDAY 10:00 UNTIL 05:30, SUNDAY 12:00 UNTIL 05:30

TO EXTEND LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT SEVEN DAYS A WEEK 23:00 UNTIL 05:00

TO EXTEND SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES MONDAY TO SATURDAY 10:00 UNTIL 05:00, SUNDAY 12:00 UNTIL 05:00

TO REMOVE AND ADD CONDITIONS TO THE LICENCE

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DB during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 1ST AUGUST 2018

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
