Application to Vary a Premises Licence - Prince of Wales

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by to BAILGATE Limited to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Prince of Wales which are situated at 77a Bailgate, Lincoln, LN1 3AR.

The proposed variation is as follows:    

  • Extension of Licensable area
  • Addition and removal of conditions

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 14th June 2019.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
