City of Lincoln Council are what is known as the ‘controller’ of the data you provide and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

We may share your information with other sections of City of Lincoln Council and the following where necessary who are repairs contractors who act on our behalf:
- Lincs Civil Engineering
- Drain Wise
We are under a duty to protect the public funds we administer and we may use your data for the prevention and detection of fraud.
