Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Lane 7 Properties Ltd in respect of premises known as Gutterball, which are situated at 311-312 High Street, Lincoln, LN5 7DZ.
The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:
Retail sale of alcohol for consumption both and off the premises:
- Sunday to Monday from 10:00 until 01:00
- Friday and Saturday from 10:00 until 02:00
Late Night Refreshment
- Sunday to Monday from 23:00 until 01:30
- Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 02:30
Regulated Entertainment indoors
- Sunday to Monday from 10:00 until 01:00
- Friday and Saturday from 10:00 until 02:00

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 7 June 2024.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
