Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Elizabeth Dimmock in respect of premises known as Lark Books, which are situated at 4 Saltergate, Lincoln, LN2 1DH
The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:
Retail sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises:
- Seven days a week from 12:00 until 21:00
Recorded Music Indoors
- Seven days a week from 10:00 until 21:00
Films Indoors
- Seven days a week from 10:00 until 21:00
The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team via licensing@lincoln.gov.uk
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 9 May 2024.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
