Application for a new premises licence - Lincoln Cornhill Market, Sincil Street, Lincoln, LN5 7ET

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Lincoln Cornhill Market, which are situated at Sincil Street, Lincoln, LN5 7ET

The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:

Retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:

• Seven days a week from 08:00 until 00:00

Regulated entertainment:

• Seven days a week from 08:00 until 00:00

Late night refreshment

• Seven days a week from 23:00 until 00:00

The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 6th May 2024

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
