Information on this premises licence
Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Snacc Ltd to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Snacc, which are situated at 33, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1XP
The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:
- Late night refreshment: Monday to Sunday from 23:00 until 05:00
The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 15th July 2022.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
