Information on this premises licence
Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Pho Huynh Limited to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as The House of Pho, which are situated at 4A Wigford Way, Lincoln, LN1 1YX
The proposed licensed activities to be carried on at the premises are as follows:
- Supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:30
- Late Night Refreshment indoors Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00
- Recorded Music and Films indoors Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00
The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 11th March 2020.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
