MAJOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE - NOSEY PARKER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a major variation under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Greene King Brewing & Retailing Ltd to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as The Nosey Parker which are situated at 1 Crusader Road, Lincoln, LN6 7AS

The proposed variation is as follows:

• Changes to the plan to licence the outside area

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln. LN1 1DD during normal office hours.

Any representations by a person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 21st April 2023.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
