Paying for your allotment
The annual payment period runs from 1st February to 31st January. Every year we will send you an invoice for your allotment charge in early February, you can pay your allotment fees online.
If you start a new allotment tenancy after 1st February we will issue a pro-rata invoice to cover charges for the remainder of the allotment year.
You must pay your allotment invoice within 40 days of it being issued.

Invoices
If you have not received your allotment invoice contact us so a copy can be sent to you. Invoices are normally issued by the end of February, it is important that you contact us if you do not receive one. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct contact details and to ensure the invoice is paid promptly.
Failure to pay an invoice is putting the tenancy of the plot at risk of termination.
