Application for a Premises Licence – 365 High Street
Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Lincoln Castle Event Site which are situated at Lincoln Castle, Castle Hill, Lincoln, LN1 3AA.
The proposed licensed activities to be carried out at the premises:
Retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises
- Monday to Sunday 11am to 11PM
Regulated entertainment
- Monday to Sunday 11am to 11PM
Late night refreshment
- Monday to Sunday 11pm to 12am (midnight)
The licence if granted to have effect for a maximum of 12 event days in 2026 and a maximum of 14 event days each year from 2027 onwards, to take place between the months of June and August.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing by 14 October 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
