Our company Mission Statement “Working hard with valued and committed
employees who share our Starglaze family values to enhance customers
businesses by supplying a diverse range of high quality home improvement

Why did you choose to sign up to the charter?

Starglaze are committed to investing in our staff and in the local community.
We were delighted to be recognised in 2019 as Employer of the Year at the
Lincolnshire Business Awards. As a company everyone in the organisation
helped to donate just over £10,500 to various causes throughout 2019 the
majority of these in our local community. We will continue this support in 2020
and welcome suggestions from our staff and or local charities who need our
help to raise awareness in 2020. By signing up to the charter we confirm our
commitment to our staff and the local community.

Have you noticed any positive changes since undertaking a range of socially
responsible activities?

All our staff are aware that we are signed up to the Charter and we are actively
promoting our commitment to our staff and the local community which means
we are all working together to make Lincoln a great place to work and live in.

Do you have any words for a business looking to sign up to the charter?

We would encourage all businesses to join up, so we can all work together and
support each other, our staff and our community, especially bearing in mind the
current unprecedented economic and social challenges we are currently facing.
