You can use this service to apply for Lincare remote home monitoring and alarms in your home.
The Lincare system allows the elderly and vulnerable to stay in their homes for longer by providing a safe and monitored environment.
You can also use this service to apply on behalf of someone else.
Before you start
To use this service you will need:
- Address and postcode
- Date of birth
- GP or Carer's details
- Contact details for us to contact if necessary, for example, next of kin or keyholders
