Application for a Premises Licence – Mailbox, 19-20 Guildhall Street, Lincoln, LN1 1TR

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Tavern Propco Limited to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Mailbox which are situated at 19-20 Guildhall Street, Lincoln, LN1 1TR

The proposed licensed activities to be carried out at the premises:

Supply of alcohol both on and off the premises

  • Sunday to Wednesday 08:00 to 01:00
  • Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 02:00

Regulated entertainment indoors only

  • Sunday to Wednesday 08:00 to 01:00
  • Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 02:00

Late night refreshment indoors only

  • Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 01:00
  • Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 02:00

The above activities non-standard timings as follows:

  • An additional hour to the end of standard and non-standard timings on the morning when British Summer Time commences.
  • From the end of standard time on New Year's Eve to the start of standard time on New Year's Day.
  • The terminal hour shall be 0200 the following day on the following dates: Burns Night, Valentine's Day, St David's Day, St Patrick's Day, Maundy Thursday, on all bank holiday weekends (Friday to Monday inclusive), St George's Day, Halloween, Bonfire Night, St Andrew's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27, 28, 29 and 30 December, and New Year's Day.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing by 23 April 2026.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
