Mental Health in the Workplace

There are a variety of resources available to access free mental health and wellbeing support for your business in Lincoln.

Andy's Man Club

Set up in 2016, the aim of Andy's Man Club is to eliminate the stigma around encourage conversation amongst men to discuss their mental health and what is happening in their loves in a confidential, non judgemental space. The organisation holds weekly meetings across the UK, with the Lincoln branch meeting at the Legends Lounge at the LNER Stadium, Sincil Bank. Their Facebook page can be found here.

Maximus

Employees qualify for support if they are in temporary or full time work (either that be attending work, or on sick leave) and you have a mental health concern (diagnosed or undiagnosed) that is making your job difficult to do or has resulted in a workplace absence. The service is quick and easy to access, and can provide support through wellbeing plans, coping strategies and workplace support.
