Additional Charges

A £5.90 booking fee applies to each submitted booking form
Changing a confirmed booking results in a £3.50 amendment fee
A caretaker is required for one-off bookings.  A service charge of £18.48 per hour applies, including a mandatory 30mins before and after the booking.
Caretaker time after 11pm is charged at double the hourly rate
