Fees and Charges
Room hire costs are based on the type of booking, charged hourly and all are exempt from VAT. Please note, use of the kitchen facilities are included in the price.
A £5.50 booking fee is applicable to every booking form that is processed, and a £3.30 amendment fee is in force.
Main hall
- Commercial: £22.80 per hour
- Standard: £18.50 per hour
- Supported rate £12.00 per hour
Large meeting room
- Commercial: £19.00 per hour
- Standard: £15.10 per hour
- Supported rate: £10.00 per hour
Small meeting room
- Commercial: £12.00 per hour
- Standard: £7.60 per hour
- Supported rate: £6.00 per hour
Badminton
- £10.80 per court *including VAT
Carpet bowls
- £7.50 per hour *including VAT
Table Tennis
- £7.50 per hour *including VAT
Caretaker Service Charge
Where a caretaker is required for your booking there will be a service charge of £20.18 (including VAT) per hour which will include a mandatory 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your booking. Double rate after 11pm.
