Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire
As part of our pre-employment checks you will be required to complete a Health Questionnaire with our Occupational Health provider. A link will be included in your conditional offer letter.
The purpose of the Health questionnaire is to determine if you are fit for the role and if there are any reasonable adjustments that need to be put in place to support you in your new role.
