You can only use this service if you are the named account holder on the account.
Once you have set up your direct debit we will send you information of the scheduled payments.
Before you start
To use this service you will need:
- Your Housing Rent reference number - this is 11 digits long and can be found on your bill
- Your full address and post code
- Your bank account details including account number and sort code
