Equality Journal
The Equality Journal has been produced on behalf of the council’s Equality and Diversity Advisory Panel. The panel is an informal advisory working group formed of councillors and officers overseeing equality and diversity at the council and monitoring the achievement against the council’s equality objectives.
The purpose of the Equality Journal is to demonstrate how we have continued to meet our equality objectives through the delivery of a range of actions during the year 2022/23. The Journal also provides information on the makeup of the city, together with the makeup of the council’s workforce.
