Inspecting your home
We carry out stock condition surveys to make sure our homes are suitable for our tenants to live in.
This is a visual check of your home to help us plan for future improvements. It looks at key parts of your home to see how long they will last before needing replacement.
Each survey takes 20 to 30 minutes. Our surveyor will look at both the inside and outside of your home and take photos.
The surveyor will focus on key things like:
-
Kitchen
-
Bathroom
-
External doors
-
Roof
-
Windows
-
Chimney
-
Fencing
-
Paths and paving
-
Loft insulation
All our surveyors will carry valid photo ID and will arrange an appointment with you before they visit. If you want to check that a surveyor is genuine, you can contact us to confirm they work for us.
